ASKED QUESTIONS

  • A minimum of 25 guests is required for all of our catering packages. The number of guests is limited by the size of the vessel.

    A reduced charge will be offered for any suppliers that require refreshments as part of their contract.

  • All enquiries and bookings are to be made directly through Hobbs of Henley, not through our catering partners.

    If you would like to be served tea and coffee, and it is not included in the menu price, you must pre-order these drinks in advance for the entire party.

    Your final menu choice will be required two weeks prior to the date of your event, along with any dietary requirements. We can also cater for children, which includes providing up to two highchairs, please just ask!

    Please note that there may be an additional catering charge if you have booked a cruise that is longer than our standard four hours.

    Just let Hobbs of Henley know about your specific requirements before the event.

    All of our menus can be adapted to suit the dietary needs of our guests. We are more than happy to provide vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.

    Please note that we cannot guarantee the total absence of trace allergens from any of our vessels.

  • The New Orleans, The Waterman, and Hibernia all have a fully licensed bar on board. This bar can either operate as an account bar, or guests can pay for their drinks directly. We accept cash and card.

    If you would like any specific wines from our wine list, you must order and pay for them in advance.

    All drinks must be paid for on departure.

  • Hobbs of Henley provide slip cloths and napkins for all the tables, free of charge.

    However, if you would like floor-length linen tablecloths and napkins, you must order these at an extra charge.

    Please note that we do not provide printed menus or place cards, but we do have table numbers.
