For more than 150 years, Hobbs of Henley have offered the finest hospitality on the River Thames.
Founded in 1870, Hobbs of Henley has a long history on the Thames. From generation to generation, our family has handed down expert knowledge of the river, boating, and event management. Today, we operate the largest fleet on the Thames, continuing the family tradition with undiminished enthusiasm.
Our vessels range in size from three-seater rowboats to our flagship, The New Orleans, which regularly sets sail with 125 passengers on board.
We offer an incredible variety of services, from self-drive boat hire, to themed cruises on our larger vessels, to specialist boat storage.
Hobbs of Henley supports a local charity ‘Riverside Counselling Services’ which offers affordable counselling to young people and adults for the second year in a row they have partnered with them and will be donating a percentage of their corporate charter fees to this charity. The crew and staff were absolutely brilliant. They made the day perfect… Hobbs should be really proud of their staff!”
