Silk Street Jazz and Swing Bands
The Silk Street Jazz Band is a traditional jazz and swing group, bringing that classic New Orleans sound to contemporary audiences. They are available as a duo, a trio or a quartet.
For Hibernia, we recommend the two-piece band; for The Waterman, the three-piece; and for The New Orleans, anything from the two, three, or four piece.

Moonraker Disco and Orange Entertainment
Since 1989, Moonraker Disco have been providing DJs and Discos for events and venues across the South of England.

Can I book my own suppliers?
You are more than welcome to hire your own photographer, florist, decorations, and cake. However, all other suppliers must be booked through Hobbs of Henley.
Hobbs of Henley only permit the use of our own musical entertainment services, as they are familiar with our vessels and our standard operating procedure. Terms and conditions apply.
Please also note that we are unable to accommodate more than three musicians aboard Hibernia, and no more than four on The Waterman or The New Orleans.

How do I book my suppliers?
We are happy to help you make your event as special as possible. For that reason, most of our suppliers can be booked through Hobbs of Henley.
Please note that Hobbs of Henley must be informed of all bookings, otherwise your supplier could be refused entry onto the boats.

When and how do I pay?
You should settle your catering and entertainment invoices two weeks before your trip.

Do I need to include suppliers in my numbers for catering?
All suppliers booked through Hobbs receive x2 complimentary soft drinks from the bar. Food is automatically cross-charged to the client at a reduced menu price, normally £12+VAT. If you have booked your own supplier and they require refreshments please let us know this information in advance.

Can I cancel my supplier once they are booked?
Hobbs standard terms apply. Individual suppliers will have their own terms, available by request. Upon booking a supplier, the client agrees to be bound by these terms.
