We commissioned Hibernia to demonstrate a new and exciting concept in passenger vessel design.

The boat’s saloon is encased in glass, allowing our guests an unimpeded view of the wonderful scenery around the River Thames. This light and airy environment means that Hibernia is the ideal venue for any kind of event.

Hibernia also has a generous foredeck seating area – the perfect place for guests to enjoy a drink in the open air.

A river trip on Hibernia is a truly unique experience.

How do the menus work?

Catering must be organised through Hobbs of Henley. For a list of our caterers and their menus please see our menu page.

How do the drinks work?

Hibernia has a fully licensed bar on board. This bar can either operate as an account bar, or guests can pay for their drinks directly. We accept cash and card.

If you would like any specific wines from our wine list, you must order and pay for them in advance.

All drinks must be paid for on departure.

Can you accommodate customers with reduced mobility?

Hobbs of Henley is more than happy to welcome passengers with mobility constraints.

Our Hibernia vessel has no steps or stairs to negotiate as it is all on one level making it more suitable for wheelchair users and those with mobility constraints. The toilets onboard unfortunately are quite narrow and would not accommodate a wheelchair.
