Choice of three or four dishes - to be arranged when booking:

• Sesame and chilli roasted beef salad with spring onions, pepper julienne and bamboo shoots
• Poached chicken coated in roasted garlic and herbed crème fraiche with pine kernels and sun blushed tomatoes
• Salmon fillets baked with lime and herb crust served with dill mayonnaise
• Pressed goats cheese and roasted Mediterranean vegetables with balsamic glaze and herb oil (v)
